CAP, What's Cooking?
During March and April 2016 the 'CAP, What’s cooking?' Project will host a series of cookery events on farms across Europe looking at the real impact of the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP), on our food and the people who produce it.
Based on these events a CAP Cook Book will be published at the end of April providing a unique perspective on the CAP including portraits of young farmers, topical insights and recipes from renownd local Slow Food chefs . See a preview of the book here - you can also pre-order your copy now!
